We do not collect or store payment card or financial transaction information on our website. Payments are processed exclusively through authorised third-party booking platforms.

Purpose Of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following lawful purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries and booking requests
  • Facilitating property reservations and coordination
  • Providing customer assistance
  • Sending service-related updates
  • Improving website functionality and user experience
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Lawful Basis And Consent

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Grievance Officer. Withdrawal does not affect processing undertaken prior to such withdrawal, but may limit service availability.

Rights Of Data Principals

Subject to applicable law, Data Principals have the right to:

  • Withdraw consent
  • Raise grievances
  • Nominate another individual to exercise rights in case of death or incapacity

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

  • Enquiry data may be retained for up to 24 months from last interaction.
  • Booking-related data may be retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

Upon expiry of retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Certain service providers or hosting infrastructure may be located outside India. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we ensure:

  • Transfers are made to trusted service providers
  • Reasonable security safeguards are implemented
  • Transfers are not made to restricted jurisdictions as notified by the Government of India

Children’s Data
